Once we receive your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label. Please package the item(s) securely and send them back to us within 14 days of receiving the return label. Once we receive the item(s), we'll process your refund.
We offer full refunds for all eligible returns. If an item is defective or not as described, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost. For standard returns where the item is in new, unused condition, we will refund the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost.
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or not as described.
